Mission Statement

The mission of the Sandusky County Economic Development Corporation is to improve the economic well-being of Sandusky County.

To accomplish this mission, we have developed the following Strategic Plan

Goal 1: Enhance the already established Business & Industry Retention and Expansion (R&E) Program

Goal 2: Attract and Recruit Business and Industry.

Goal 3: Provide assistance to the Sandusky County Regional Airport Authority.

Goal 4: Continue to support the SCEDC's Workforce Development Director in meeting Sandusky County's Workforce Needs.

Goal 5: Ensure that current and future funding needs are met to assist in the execution of SCEDC's Plan of Work.
