Workforce Training Alliance
 
 
 
The Sandusky County Economic Development Corporation is proud to announce the formation of a partnership with Terra Community College and Vanguard-Sentinel Career Centers to provide customized workforce training. The new partnership, called the Workforce Training Alliance, was created as a result of a grant from the Ohio Board of Regents and the State Department of Education. The Ohio Skills Partnership Grant was designed to promote the formation of comprehensive service partnerships to provide fast, flexible, total training solutions to employer and employee training needs.

You'll know you need us if:
     ●  You have new employees who need to be
         oriented and trained to do their jobs.
     ●  You have promoted employees to first level
         supervisory positions and they have little or no
         supervisory or management experience.
     ●  You have upgraded your technology or are
         planning to do so.
     ●  You have had a visit from the OSHA inspectors.

         performance.
